I tend to have gums that recede: As a precaution, my dentist advised me to apply some kind of product with a cotton swab and soft floss to my gums. Before that, this week I used Oral & Auris, every weekday, in the evening, after brushing.

My gums did not recede, did not start to inflame or bleed when brushing (if I dared to) and do not feel hypersensitive when flossing. The scent is fresh, minty, attractive.
