- 2-3 tbsp Coconut flour or wheat germ (from Amanprana)
- 100 g Frozen gooseberries
- 4 Dates
- 1 tbsp Chokeberry juice
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate syrup
- ½ tsp Camu camu powder
