Ingredients for red cabbage with avocado mayonnaise
- 1 medium red cabbage
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 tbsp caraway seed
- Extra virgin Hermanos Catalan olive oil
Preparation of red cabbage with avocado mayonnaiseWash the red cabbage and chop finely. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grating blade. Mix the cabbage, carrots and caraway seeds. Stir 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt into the vegetables so that they shine and soften. Stir the avocado mayonnaise through the cabbage and carrot salad.
