Dans l&rsquo;Ayurveda, nous d\u00e9nombrons 6 go\u00fbts : doux, acide, sal\u00e9, piquant, astringent et amer. Chaque groupe se compose, tout comme les doshas, de deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt sal\u00e9 se compose de terre et d&rsquo;eau ; le go\u00fbt acide de feu et d&rsquo;eau. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu que chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment int\u00e9grait certaines gunas : l&rsquo;eau int\u00e8gre, entre autres, les gunas (caract\u00e9ristiques) lourds, froid, humide, liquide, lent. En \u00e9tudiant bien les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de certains go\u00fbts et les gunas qui s&rsquo;y rapportent, vous comprendrez rapidement comment ces go\u00fbts influent sur votre constitution mentale et physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doux = eau + terre<br>Acide= eau + feu<br>Sal\u00e9= terre + feu<br>Piquant= feu + air<br>Amer= air + \u00e9ther<br>Astringent= air + terre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les 6 go\u00fbts dans l&rsquo;Ayurveda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt doux se compose d&rsquo;eau et de feu et correspond surtout aux qualit\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/fr\/inspiration\/kapha-pitta-et-vata-les-trois-constitutions-de-layurveda\/\">kapha<\/a>. Le doux est lourd et froid. Le doux est tr\u00e8s nutritif &#8211; le plus nutritif de tous les go\u00fbts, d&rsquo;ailleurs. Le doux nourrit notre plasma sanguin et nos tissus, et nous permet d&rsquo;entrer en contact avec notre corps, de nous poser et de profiter plus simplement de la vie. Le doux favorise la fertilit\u00e9, mais trop de douceur ramollit le corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les exemples de nourritures douces, nous trouvons les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les dates et les potirons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;acide se compose d&rsquo;eau et de feu. Ce go\u00fbt doit \u00eatre bien dos\u00e9. Si vous n&rsquo;utilisez pas le go\u00fbt acide \u00e0 bon escient, vous g\u00e9n\u00e9rez rapidement des conflits. En effet, un exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 agresse et provoque des inflammations corporelles. Le go\u00fbt acide rend les gens plus vifs d&rsquo;esprit et favorise la clart\u00e9 de leurs pens\u00e9es et \u00e9motions. Il irrite et stimule aussi le syst\u00e8me digestif. Trop d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 peut provoquer des maladies du sang et affaiblir la fertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&rsquo;exemple de nourriture acide, citons le citron, le tamarinier, les vins et les produits ferment\u00e9s comme la choucroute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sal\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sal\u00e9 se compose de terre et de feu. On le retrouve uniquement dans les min\u00e9raux, pas dans les plantes. Le sal\u00e9 apporte fermet\u00e9 et structure aux gens et favorise la stabilit\u00e9. Le sel est un exhausteur de go\u00fbt &#8211; avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel tout semble meilleur &#8211; et stimule la digestion. Cependant, trop de sel empoisonne le sang et provoque des maladies cutan\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&rsquo;exemple de nourriture sal\u00e9e, citons le sel de mer, le sel de l&rsquo;Himalaya, le sel gemme, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piquant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt piquant se compose de feu et d&rsquo;air. Le piquant favorise notre digestion, encourage l&rsquo;absorption de nourriture et nous permet de br\u00fbler nos toxines. Une alimentation piquante renforce notre vivacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;esprit, la pr\u00e9cision des pens\u00e9es et la possibilit\u00e9 de concevoir plus simplement des choses compliqu\u00e9es. Cependant, une alimentation trop piquante nous rend acerbe et favorise les saignements et les inflammations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;aliments piquants, citons le poivre et le gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;amer se compose d&rsquo;air et d&rsquo;\u00e9ther. L&rsquo;amer est un go\u00fbt ass\u00e9chant. C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;aliments amers \u00e0 un effet vivifiant et est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9e pour les personnes ayant trop de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/fr\/inspiration\/kapha-pitta-et-vata-les-trois-constitutions-de-layurveda\/\">kapha<\/a>. Par ailleurs, une alimentation plus am\u00e8re exerce \u00e9galement un effet fortement purifiant, car par ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s froides, elle constitue un bon moyen d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les toxines chaudes du corps. Une alimentation plus am\u00e8re favorise \u00e9galement la purification de l&rsquo;esprit, d\u00e9grise et lib\u00e8re l&rsquo;homme de ses passions et pulsions \u00e9rotiques. Un exc\u00e9dent d&rsquo;amertume rend aussi les gens amers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&rsquo;exemples d&rsquo;aliments amers, citons les l\u00e9gumes verts crus et le th\u00e9 vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Astringent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;astringent se compose d&rsquo;air et de terre. Ce go\u00fbt a la particularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;exercer un effet ass\u00e9chant et contractant. C&rsquo;est en quoi il exerce un effet tr\u00e8s favorable sur les personnes qui souffrent d&rsquo;une augmentation de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/fr\/inspiration\/kapha-pitta-et-vata-les-trois-constitutions-de-layurveda\/\">kapha<\/a>, laquelle peut s&rsquo;exprimer par une certaine mollesse et morosit\u00e9. Les aliments astringents sont parfaits pour temp\u00e9rer ce type de maux. Tout comme l&rsquo;amer, l&rsquo;alimentation astringente exerce un effet d\u00e9puratif et fortifiant sur l&rsquo;esprit. L&rsquo;astringent rassemble, il aide \u00e0 se recentrer. Et c&rsquo;est justement en vertu de ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s astringentes que les aliments astringents sont souvent utilis\u00e9s en cas de blessure. Cependant, une alimentation trop astringente peut rendre une personne nihiliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&rsquo;exemple d&rsquo;aliments astringents, citons le curcuma et les l\u00e9gumes
