Mais comment doit-on pr\u00e9parer le th\u00e9 Matcha ? Chado (ou Sado) signifie \u00ab\u00a0la voie du th\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et est l&rsquo;art japonais de la pr\u00e9paration du th\u00e9. Les quatre principes de base sont : L&rsquo;harmonie (wa), le respect (kei), la puret\u00e9 (sei) et le silence (jaku). L&rsquo;influence du bouddhisme zen est clairement perceptible dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie. Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dicton \u00ab\u00a0Le zen et le th\u00e9 ont le m\u00eame go\u00fbt\u00a0\u00bb provient de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du th\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"traditionell-wird-matcha-tee-wie-folgt-zubereitet\">Traditionnellement, le th\u00e9 matcha est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 comme suit:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites bouillir de l&rsquo;eau (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;eau de source faiblement min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez l&rsquo;eau bouillante refroidir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez 1 g (1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9) de Matcha dans un bol \u00e0 Matcha (Matcha bowl ou Chawan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez environ 80 ml d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fouettez doucement le th\u00e9 avec un fouet en bambou (chasen) pendant 15 secondes pour former un liquide mousseux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bol \u00e0 th\u00e9 n\u2019est jamais rempli jusqu\u2019au bord, mais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maximum deux doigts du bord. Pendant que le th\u00e9 vert commence \u00e0 mousser, vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 lentement profiter de son ar\u00f4me. Vous pouvez \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent d\u00e9guster votre th\u00e9 matcha.
