Not all the above mentioned data is always collected. This depends on which service you use or subscribe to.

Amanprana processes your personal data for the following reasons:

Amanprana uses personal data to send you newsletters. Newsletters are only sent when you have given us permission to do so. You always have the right to unsubscribe or to correct your data. To personalise our newsletter, we ask the following data from you:

  • Postal code

To view, correct or delete your data, you can send an email to gdpr@amanprana.eu or you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

2.2 TO CARRY OUT OUR SERVICES

Amanprana will make use of your personal data, including your e-mail address and phone number when necessary to carry out our services. We do this to provide you with the best possible customer experience.

2.3 UPDATES ON CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We like to keep our visitors and customers informed about changes to our services and products. We will use your personal data for this when necessary.

2.4 REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

We are happy to receive your feedback about our products and services. When you share your opinion with us in the form of a review via the newsletter, e-mail or another similar method, your data will be collected. Amanprana may publish your review on this website. Amanprana will never publish your e-mail address, physical address, telephone number or other similar data, unless we explicitly ask your permission, with the exception of your name and/or profession. If a review has been published in your name on our website that is incorrect or that you wish to have removed, please contact us at gdpr@amanprana.eu.

2.5 CONTACT FORMS

We offer our visitors the possibility to contact us through our online contact form. For this we ask you to fill in your contact details so we can answer your questions as soon as possible. We store this data for as long as necessary to handle your questions, comments or complaints plus 5 years for statistical purposes.

We have signed a Data Protection Agreement with Google to ensure that our data is protected properly. The above mentioned data is not linked to a natural person. We use Google Analytics with the aim of offering our visitors the best possible user experience.

3.3 HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES

If you do not want websites to store cookies on your computer, tablet or mobile device, you can disable them via your browser. Keep in mind that our website may no long work properly when you disable cookies.

Remove Cookies in Microsoft Edge:

Click on the Menu icon (icon with 3 lines) on the top right hand-side. Click on the clock icon, this is the tab ‘History’. Click on ‘Erase all history’. Now you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. Check ‘Cookies and store website data’ and click on ‘Delete’. At the bottom you can indicate whether you always want to delete this data when you close Microsoft Edge.

Remove Cookies in Chrome:

Click on the icon with 3 dots at the top right. Click on ‘Settings’> ‘History’ > ‘Clear browsing data’. Make sure you check ‘Delete cookies and other site data’. You can also choose the time range for the data you are about to delete. Select ‘all time’.

Remove Cookies in Firefox:

Click on the icon with 3 lines at the top right. Go to ‘Options’> ‘Privacy’. Click ‘Clear your recent history.” Under ‘Details’ you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. Be sure to check ‘Cookies’. You can also indicate the time range (how far back in history you want to delete). Select ‘all’ here.

Remove Cookies in Safari:

Click on ‘Safari’ at the top left of the menu bar > ‘Preferences’. At the top, choose the tab ‘Privacy’. Next, click on ‘Remove all website data’.

Remove Cookies in Internet Explorer:

Click on the icon of a gear at the top right. Go to the ‘Security’ menu> ‘Delete browsing history’. Now you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. In any case, tick ‘Cookies and website data’. Click on ‘Delete’ at the bottom of the window.

4. Location Data

When you visit our ‘where to buy’ or ‘sales points’ page, it is necessary, for this application to work properly and in the context of ease of use, to collect your location data. This is explicitly requested when you visit this webpage and/or make use of this application. It is possible that your (location) data is stored and processed by the provider of the map software we use, in our case Google Maps. We have no influence over this. For this reason we advise you to read the relevant privacy policies of Google Maps.

5. How Long Do We Store Data?

The above mentioned personal data is stored for as long as necessary to carry out our service and 5 years for statistical purposes. After this period, the data will be deleted, unless we have a legal obligation to store the data for a longer period of time (such as the fiscal obligation to store payment data for 7 years)

6. Sharing Your Data

6.1 WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

Amanprana does not sell your data to third parties and will only share this information when necessary to carry out our agreements with you or to comply with legal obligations. We always have General Data Protection agreements with our partners or third parties who process your data at our request. This is to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Amanprana remains responsible for the processing of this data.

6.2 THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

This privacy policy is not applicable when a third party, such as a blog or news website, is connected to our website by means of a link. Amanprana cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your data in a reliable manner. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of these websites before using them.

7. Privacy of Children

Amanprana does not consciously collect nor does it intend to collect data from website visitors younger than 13 years, unless we have permission from a parent or guardian. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal data of a child under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete this information as soon as possible. If you believe that we have data of a minor without parental consent, please contact us at gdpr@amanprana.eu. To prevent the collection of children’s data without parental consent we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children.

8. Your Rights Regarding Your Data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

8.1 VIEWING AND CORRECTING YOUR DATA

You can send a request for access, correction or data transfer of your personal data to gdpr@amanprana.eu. You have the right withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Amanprana and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request for us to send all the data we have of you. We will send this to you in a computer file.

To ensure that the request for access, correction or data transfer is submitted by you, we ask you to send a copy your ID alongside the request. Cover your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with the numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen’s number. (You can do this with the use of an app, for example.) This is to protect your privacy.

When you send a request to us, we will forward and/or adjust your personal data and/or permission without undue delay.

8.2 YOU HAVE THE ‘RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTON’

We don’t like forgetting you, but the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants everyone the ‘right to be forgotten’. This means that you have the right to ask us to delete all your data (provided that Amanprana has no other legal obligation to store your data for a longer period of time, such as fiscal laws requiring us to store payment data for 7 years).

If you want to have your all data erased from our systems, please contact us via gdpr@amanprana.eu.

We would also like to point out that under EU privacy law you have the right to file a complaint with your national supervisory or government body dealing privacy of personal data. 9. Automatic Decision Making

Amanprana does not make decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for customers (persons) based on automated processing systems. By this we mean that a decision is never made by computer programs, without a person, an Amanprana employee for example, authorising the decision.

10. Security

Amanprana takes the security of your personal data very seriously and takes the appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Amanprana reserves the right to periodically adjust or update this privacy policy. We advise our visitors to regularly consult this privacy policy so that you are aware of any changes.
