My son has spread the balm on his chest but also under his nose, it hardly stings, at least not as bad as the aggressive products we used before. The balm also smells very nice, the scent is delicious but absolutely not overpowering. My son’s room smelled wonderful all day after using the ointment the night before. This balm is highly recommended for the whole family.
