Our Amanprana avocado oil is traditionally pressed from the flesh of ripe organic avocados. Unlike many other oils, not the kernel but only the nutritious pulp is used. After a gentle first cold pressing, the oil is only filtered, with no heating or chemical processing. Thus, the natural flavor, aroma and nutrients are fully preserved.
Use the oil over salads, in smoothies, on bread or as a finishing touch to hot dishes. Thanks to its high smoke point, it is also ideal for frying and wok cooking – without creating harmful substances.
With Amanprana you choose not only quality, but also sustainability. Our avocados are grown with respect for people and the environment, and the oil is packaged in dark glass to prevent oxidation.

In addition, the glue is eco-friendly and compostable.
