The coconut fat from Amanprana is therefore fine to add and to use for baking and roasting. Saturated fats such as coconut oil or palm oil hardly oxidize during baking, which makes them very suitable for this application, in contrast to unsaturated fats such as sunflower oil, which do oxidize when heated.
