Not the many nutrients, but the acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is said to help support your fat burning and metabolism.

Apple cider vinegar makes you feel satiated, so you will snack less in between meals and automatically take in fewer calories. In addition, acetic acid can contribute to normal blood sugar levels. This too makes you feel less hungry between meals.

But, apple cider vinegar is not a miracle cure for losing weight. However, in combination with a healthy diet, it can help you lose weight. Furthermore, snack less, do not drink too much alcohol and exercise regularly.
