Step 1: The shredded coconut flesh is slowly dried at max. 45°C.
Step 2: The oil is cold pressed.
Step 3: Carbohydrates are largely flushed out of the flour. Result: fewer carbohydrates, fewer calories, more fiber.
Step 4: The flour is dried slowly (max. 45 ° C) to keep the digestive enzymes intact. The industrial production of cheap coconut flour drives the shredded coconut flesh through drying tunnels at 90 to 110°C. This means that the coconut flour is no longer raw. Result: harder to digest due to inactive enzymes.
For a smooth bowel movement you need 10g of fiber, lots of water and exercise after every meal.
