  • 4 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 100g coco's flour Amanprana
  • 100g grated coconut
  • Amanprana extra virgin coconut oil for frying

Preparation of baked banana with coconut

Heat up the coconut oil to 160°C.Place the flour, the beaten egg and the grated coconut on three different plates. Peal the bananas and cut them in half.Roll each ½ banana in the flour, remove the excess, then roll it in the egg and finally through the grated coconut (remove the excess once again).Fry 3 to 4 bananas at a time, remove them from the oil once they are golden brown and let them drain on kitchen paper before serving.
