Ingredients for fruity protein shake

  • 1.5 Bananas, frozen
  • 1 Apple, cut into pieces
  • 1 Handful of strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp Coconut blossom sugar together with a pinch of saffron (Amanprana Gula Java Safran)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla-flavoured protein powder
  • 500 ml Fresh almond milk

Preparation of fruity protein shake

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender, SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!
  2. and enjoy!

The protein shake can be kept in the fridge for around 24 hours.
