Ingredients for instant balls

  • 1 liter tomato soup
  • 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
  • 120ml water

Preparation of tomato soup with vegan balls

  1. Prepare the mix as directed on the package.
  2. Mix the instant vegan mix with 120 – 150 ml of water.
  3. Mix it all into dough.
  4. Pick small pieces of the dough and roll them into balls.
  5. Boil it in a little water or stock for 5 minutes.
  6. Add your tomato soup and heat up.
