- 1 liter tomato soup
- 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
- 120ml water
Preparation of tomato soup with vegan balls
- Prepare the mix as directed on the package.
- Mix the instant vegan mix with 120 – 150 ml of water.
- Mix it all into dough.
- Pick small pieces of the dough and roll them into balls.
- Boil it in a little water or stock for 5 minutes.
- Add your tomato soup and heat up.
