Ingredients for vegan sausage

  • 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
  • 120 to 150 ml water
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of vegan sausage

  1. Make the mix as described on the package.
  2. Put the mix in a bowl, add the smoked paprika.
  3. Add 120 ml of water and mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into a sausage.
  5. Place the sausage in the pan and brown it in extra virgin olive oil on all sides.
  6. Cut the sausage into slices and top your pizza.
