  • 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
  • 120 to 150 ml water
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of vegan burgers in 60 seconds!

  1. Place the instant protein vegan mix in a large bowl.
  2. Add 120 to 150 ml of water and make a homogeneous mass.
  3. Divide the seitan into 3 and form 3 burgers.
  4. Place the burgers in the pan, press them down with a spatula and fry them on both sides in extra virgin olive oil.
