Ingredients for colorful pasta with seitan spelled cubes

  • red palm
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch of curcuma
  • 1 handful of snow peas
  • 1 red and yellow bell pepper cut into strips
  • little spinach
  • 1 carrot cut into julienne
  • 400 ml oat cream
  • 1 dash of tamari
  • 550 grams seitan
  • 1 chili pepper very finely chopped
  • whole wheat pasta of your choice (on the photo: Conchiglioni)

Preparation of colorful pasta with seitan spelled cubes

  1. Fry coriander, cumin and curcuma in red palm.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
  3. Collect the tamari or shoyu sauce from the package in a bowl.
  4. Cut the seitan into cubes and fry it.
  5. Stir-fry finely chopped vegetables. Deglaze with a dash of tamari or shoyu sauce.
  6. Add chili pepper and oat cream and let it simmer (not too long).
  7. Finely chop the spinach and mix it in.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with pasta of your choice.
