We are big fans of coconut oil ourselves. We always have it at home, in two different types: on the one hand we like to enjoy the soft velvety taste of coconut in good quality pure coconut oil (the more expensive kind, such as Amanprana coconut oil), on the other hand we usually use deodorized coconut oil for frying. That is the cheaper kind that you often find in larger packages. The best type to buy depends on what you want to do with the oil.
