Ingredients for the seitan burger

  • 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
  • 120 ml beetroot juice
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the seitan burger in 60 seconds

  1. Prepare the mixture for the burgers as described on the package.
  2. Divide the mix into 3 and make 3 portions.
  3. Take 1 serving and put it in a bowl.
  4. Add beetroot juice instead of water (can also be stock, or any other liquid).
  5. Make it a burger.
  6. Fry the burger in extra virgin olive oil on both sides.
  7. You can pimp the other 2 portions with other ingredients if desired.
