Ingredients for the seitan burger
- 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
- 120 ml beetroot juice
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the seitan burger in 60 seconds
- Prepare the mixture for the burgers as described on the package.
- Divide the mix into 3 and make 3 portions.
- Take 1 serving and put it in a bowl.
- Add beetroot juice instead of water (can also be stock, or any other liquid).
- Make it a burger.
- Fry the burger in extra virgin olive oil on both sides.
- You can pimp the other 2 portions with other ingredients if desired.
