• 80 ml of spring water
  • 1 gram Kotobuki Matcha (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 120 ml organic / plant-based (coconut milk or almond milk)


  1. Bring the water to a boil and allow to cool to 80 ° C
  2. Meanwhile, heat the milk
  3. Place the matcha in a matcha bowl, small bowl or wide mug
  4. Add the water (make sure there is at least 2 fingers space under the rim)
  5. Beat the tea gently with a bamboo whisk for 15 seconds to a foamy liquid
  6. Froth the milk with a milk frother (or whisk)
  7. Pour the milk into a thick glass or mug and pour the matcha into it
